My Family Day Journal

My name is "Lord Kristoff E. Beloria" and this is my Family Day Journal.

Our team was performing the Dance Palabas and it was hard to memorize all steps since out team moderator changed the steps because she was not happy with the dance our team leader had in mind.          While we were performing I had a really terrible feeling in the stomach but I had to stay in character so I can still perform, after the dance we were having food and after eating we had disco, I was having fun but we had to go home because it was too late.

The Family Day was really fun but the food was limited and we only had 4 tickets for food and I have a younger sister so I had to share me food to her since she didn't have any food to eat.

My name is "Lord Kristoff E. Beloria" and I participated in my 2nd Intramurals

I have participated in many sports activities like Basketball, Volleyball, 100m dash, Dance Palabas and patentero,

my favorite out of those 5 sports is "Basketball" and "Volleyball".

I was feeling really nervous it was my first face to face Intramurals and I have to play with other students that are really good at these sports and being new to all of these sports I was very scared to play with the pro's but then my teammates gave me more confidence to win a volleyball tournament and place 3rd.

It was a really fun and challenging experience for me especially with other professionals at sports.

After all I had fun playing the sports in the Intramurals but the practice was tiring and our schedule for the practice was in the morning till afternoon and after that were games and we couldn't have a day to rest our body from exhaustion and after the Intramurals I got overfatigue but thankfully I was able to recover fast.

Kabilang sa mga isyung pangkalikasan sa Pilipinas ay ang plastic pollution, isang partikular na matinding problema para sa bansa. Kitang-kita sa paggamit ng World Bank ng salitang 'nakakagulat' para ilarawan ang sitwasyon sa Pilipinas, isang hindi sapat na basura.
